Chanel’s ‘Fly’ New Paris Fashion Show–Aircraft Themed Chanel’s ‘Fly’ Paris Fashion Show Feat. Aircraft Theme

Chanel took to the high skies in their latest Paris fashion show held at the Grand Palais and hosted by Karl Lagerfield. The aircraft themed fashion show was already sure to be a success since it was hosted by Lagerfield, one of the most iconic faces of fashion.

The blue, carpeted, and Chanel monogramed runway resembled that of an aircraft with facing seats on each side of it.  The seats were numbered and reminiscent of those on an airplane. The models used the door of the cockpit as the entrance; a door way for them to make us fall in love with this amazing collection.

Fully enveloping the theme, Lagerfield created the entire line surrounding the color, blue, as in blue skies. The collection featured 60 looks, each in a different shade of blue: powder blue, electric blue, navy and royal blue, to name a few. Lagerfeld used 150 different shades of the color, in pieces ranging from evening dresses to drop-waist dresses with the look of jeans. You already KNOW your collection has to be killer to keep the motivation rocking when its all one color!
