Since the beginning of her career its been obvious that Whitney Houston has been one of the inspirational forced behind Jennifer Hudson. It was fitting that after news swept of Whitney’s death that the folks behind the already-complete schedule of the 2012 Grammy Awards not only remodeled their program to include a Whitney tribute, but also, that they tapped Hudson to sing and pay homage to the woman who she’d looked up to so dearly.
And she did just that. Taking the Grammy stage last night, Sunday, February 12th, in a rousing rendition of Whitney’s biggest hit, I Will Always Love You, written by country queen, Dolly Parton.
